Hospedales Rainbow Halo Directors Pastor Andrew and Joyce Hospedales have served as clergy in Tri-boro New York metropolitan area, Long Island, and upstate New York over a period of more than 20 years.
Their responsibilities included organizing a wide range of community health and educational programs, including a hand bell choir and other youth ministries, senior citizen programs, hospital and nursing home visits, and family counseling.
Joyce Hospedales recently retired after 30 years as an administrative assistant for the Seventh-day Adventists office headquarters for 30 years.

Sandria Grace Marie Anderson is the main tutor for the program. She has been an elementary school teacher since 1996. She has taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades and currently teaches Pre-K. Before becoming a teacher she was the director of a learning center. Ms. Anderson is scheduled to take her final exam to complete her New York State teacher's certification.
Mr. Jean Imbert, Principal of the Oakview Preparatory School and Mr. David Cadavero, Director of Education for 11 Elementary schools and one Junior High School of the Greater New York Conference, serve as educational consultants to this program.
