Halo Homes provides 24-hour assisted living senior-elder care in three single family homes in Brevard County, Florida. People who require additional help with daily living than their families can provide will discover a welcoming, accessible, safe, clean and beautiful home setting surrounded by a lush natural environment.

Beautiful Surroundings

Located just minutes from beautiful Melbourne Beach, two of our homes are graced with a soothing creek flowing through the back yards. All three homes are just a short walk away from beautiful Turkey Creek Sanctuary, home to an amazing variety of birds and wildlife. Malabar Park and Spessard Holland Golf Course are also short distances away. There are also a number of shopping centers nearby, including Melbourne Square Mall and River Breeze Antique Mall.

Dignified Elder Care

With only two residents per adult family care home, each resident is truly an important member of the family. Each live in care-giver is trained in the administration of dignified care. Each is certified and holds diplomas in basic courses in CPR, Consultant for the Future of Alzheimer’s FPTA, Prevention of Medical Errors, Adult Family Care Home Basic Training, Domestic Violence, and working with HIV and AIDS patients.

Robust Services

Residents receive healthy meals and snacks that can be prepared according to kosher, vegetarian, and other special dietary requirements. Transportation to religious services and community activities is available. Residents are also encouraged to continue or learn a new craft or hobby. We welcome and encourage visits from family and friends.

Halo Homes offer privacy, dignity, personalized attention and a peaceful environment. Each private room offers naturally lit windows, comfort, privacy and independence, with the knowledge that a loving, well-trained care giver is just down the hall. Care givers regularly check on residents while sleeping.

Halo Homes care-givers offer assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and/or other activities of daily living, as well as bedside care for minor and temporary illnesses. Laundry and housekeeping services also are provided.

We offer the assistance of an on-call physician and nurse in emergency situations, in addition to being less than four miles from the Palm Bay hospital.
